Cradle Coast Waste Management Group (CCWMG)
The CCWMG projects are managed by Cradle Coast Waste Services (CCWS), which is a business of Dulverton Waste Management.
The CCWMG was formed in 2007 and represents seven north west Tasmanian municipal areas participating in the voluntary waste levy. Dulverton Waste Management manages the delivery of initiatives funded by the regional voluntary waste levy on behalf of seven northwest Tasmanian Councils and provides project management, administration, financial and communications support to this regional initiative.
The CCWMG’s vision is to ‘Deliver a sustainable community in the Cradle Coast region of Tasmania by implementing strategies which minimise waste through increases in waste diversion and recovery’.
The CCWMG offers a free Schools Program for schools in the Cradle Coast region, delivered by the CCWMG Waste Education Officer. Learn more about the Schools Program by viewing the introductory videos on the Rethink Waste Tasmania youtube channel.
